The The Metal Bracket Company teams aim to provide you with accurate details, descriptions, images and prices on our website. The Metal Bracket Company reserve the right to correct and update any information, errors or omissions at any time without prior notice and also reserve the right to refuse any orders that may have been placed that contain errors or inaccuracies of any kind. In circumstances where prices differ to those displayed, The Metal Bracket Company will inform you before dispatching your order and you will have the option to continue with or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel the order. Should any payment have been taken for the goods you will receive a full refund.
All products displayed are subject to availability. The Metal Bracket Company will inform you as soon as possible should any goods you have ordered have become unavailable or be delayed. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notification.

Cancellation/Returns
Brackets that are bespoke made to order is not subject to distance selling regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 48h of placing your order via the website, telephone or in store.
If you wish to exercise this right please email themetalbracketcompany@gmail.com or call us within the specified time frame.
After the 2 day cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods, though may do so with the addition of a 25% restocking fee plus any other delivery or collection fee incurred. This is entirely at our discretion. Ex-display/clearance stock is sold-as-seen and is non-returnable.
Promo Code Rules
The Metal Bracket Company promo codes are redeemable online only and only one promo code can be used per customer per transaction unless otherwise stated. The Metal Bracket Company hold the right to change or withdraw a promo code at any time. Individual promotions may have additional rules, see below for more details.
In the event that you wish to return an item purchased with a promo code, refunds will only be given for the total amount paid after the promo code discount was been applied. If you have any further questions regarding The Metal Bracket Company promo codes do not hesitate to get in touch.
